Can I choose a specific spot on Park?

Your accommodation will be allocated a few days before your arrival and you will be given the location of your Holiday Home when you check-in at the Park.

We're sorry but we can't let you know where you'll be before you arrive to start your holiday just in case we need to make any changes. However, if you'd like to located in a particular area, near friends or family, or the pool then our Park team will do their best to allocate you to accommodation which best suits your needs. You can add your request at the final stage when you make your booking, or you call us or contact us on live chat. You can also link several bookings together in My Account and we'll do our best to allocate you together.

Whilst we can't guarantee any special requests, our team on Park will do their best to accommodate your request.
