Why can't I see my booking in My Account?

The My Account facility on this website will show bookings that you have made online with Woolacombe Bay Holiday Parks. If you have made your booking by phone, directly with us, you will also be able to view your holiday as long as you provided us with an email at the time of booking. Unfortunately we are unable to display bookings made indirectly, for example, through a newspaper promotional offers such as The Sun or Breakfree Holidays.

You can access your newspaper promotional booking up to 24 hours prior to arrival using our simple online booking system.

Once you have returned from your holiday, provided you have given us your email address either before your holiday or at check-in, we will automatically create you a new account and email you details. Your previous newspaper promotion bookings however will not show in it.
