Can I get a full refund if I cancel?

Should you need to cancel your holiday for any reason, this can be cancelled through My Account.

If you cancel your holiday at any time you will be responsible for the full cost of your holiday. However, if you added our Holiday Safeguard Scheme at the time of booking, you will be covered for some of these costs depending on when you cancel your holiday and the reasons for cancelling. The cancellation must be confirmed by the person who made the booking.
