How and when do I need to pay my remaining balance?

When you book your holiday we require a deposit to secure your holiday, the balance is then payable by the date shown on your Holiday Confirmation from us.

Failure to make payment by this time may result in your booking being cancelled. Please note we do not send another reminder after your initial holiday confirmation has been sent to you.

There are a number of ways to pay your remaining balance:

If you have booked your holiday directly with Woolacombe Bay Holiday Parks and you have an online account you can pay your remaining balance by logging into My Account. You can also choose to pay in instalments up to your balance due date.

By telephone:
Call our Reservations Team to pay your outstanding balance. 

By post: 
You can pay your balance by cheque made payable to "Woolacombe Bay Holiday Parks" and sent to Reservations, Woolacombe Bay Holiday Parks, Freepost, Woolacombe, Devon EX34 7HW. Please ensure you write your booking reference on the reverse of the cheque and your cheque must arrive with us before your balance due date.

Some promotional offers require balances to be paid in full at the time of booking or earlier than 8 weeks prior to arrival (or 12 weeks if it has a hot tub) and the date that the balance is due will be shown on your holiday confirmation. Your balance must reach us by that date or the holiday booking will be cancelled.
