Why has the website changed?

We're always looking to improve our website based on the needs of those who use it as well as adapting to new technology and new processes. Like most websites, more than half of all visitors to the site are using a smartphone so we now use a "mobile-first" strategy on everything we do.

Our site is constantly evolving so you may expect to find it slightly different when you visit again, even day to day, and especially year on year.

We recognise that not everyone is as comfortable online as others and some customers may have difficulties using the website, we still have our friendly Sales Team at the end of the phone, who are always happy to help.
