How do I redeem my future holiday credit on a new booking?

As soon as it's in your My Account and you get an email from us to notify you, it's yours to spend at any time up to the expiry date.

Online: find your holiday here on our website and once you log-in at Step 4 then your future holiday credit will be applied as a credit note, but it is very important that you log-in with your existing customer account as we cannot transfer credits between accounts. You'll see your future holiday credit applied to your booking as a credit note at the final stage before making payment so do please check it carefully before proceeding.

Phone: if you call to book then your Holiday Advisor will be able to view the credit in your account and this will automatically be applied to your new booking.
