What is the no quibble refund guarantee?

Provided you added our Holiday Safeguard Scheme when you first booked, if you change your mind and cancel your holiday up to 8 weeks before your stay, we'll refund everything you've paid minus the standard deposit. Whatever the reason, no questions asked!

You can process your holiday cancellation by logging into My Account and selecting 'cancellation request'. In the case of debit or credit cards, the refund must be made to the same card the original payment was made on.

Just three little things... this excludes any payments made with credit notes or vouchers which are non-refundable, and there's no refund at all if your holiday booking is cancelled by us because you didn't pay the balance by the due date specified on your confirmation.

If you're cancelling your holiday due to illness, redundancy or jury service then you may be eligible for a full refund, please don't cancel using the No Quibble Refund Guarantee until you've checked you're not entitled to a full refund under the terms of our Holiday Safeguard Scheme cover.

Rather than cancelling your holiday, you might also want to considering changing your holiday to another Park, date, duration and accommodation or pitch type.
