What if coronarvirus affects my booking?

We want you to be confident that as a family-owned business doing the right thing is in our DNA so we'll make you a very simple promise... you can rest safe in the knowledge that whatever the future holds we're here to help if: 

  • Your holiday Park is closed because of coronavirus so are not able to accommodate you for your confirmed booking
  • HM Government travel restrictions including local lockdowns are in place on the dates of your booking affecting your home postcode
  • You or any member of your party listed on the booking have been told to self-isolate due to coronavirus, or have any Covid-19 symptoms
  • We tell you we have to operate your break on an accommodation-only basis due to HM Government restrictions and you then opt not to stay

You'll be given the choice of:

  • Switch your holiday to a later date with no admin fees
  • Cancel your holiday and receive a full refund in the same way your holiday has been paid. 

You will not be worse off or your money back... that's our promise!
