What if my employer has cancelled my leave?

We understand how hard it has been for everyone and therefore we're allowing you to transfer all you've paid on a holiday booked directly with Woolacombe Bay Holiday Parks to a different date, as long as you make the change more than 14 days before your current arrival date. If the new holiday is of greater value then the difference is payable by you, if the new holiday is of lower value then the difference will be refunded to you if you have our Holiday Safeguard Scheme cover on your booking. *

Unfortunately this excludes holidays booked through a newspaper promotion as in line with the terms and conditions of these holidays "absolutely no amendments whatsoever can be made by you after your holiday application has been received by us or submitted online. No refunds whatsoever can be made in the event of cancellation by you, unless the reason for cancellation is the fault of the park or operator."
