What if I have symptoms and need to self-isolate?

Please do not travel to the Park. If you or any member of your party listed on your holiday booking has been told to self-isolate then you will have the option of a full refund or you can rescue your holiday plans with a transfer to a later holiday with no admin fees. Please contact us if you have coronavirus symptoms within 7 days of your break and do not come to the Parks. We hope you feel better soon!
