Why can I not go to the next booking step?

That is the most frequent reason why you may have problems booking online. Alternatively, here's some handy tips:

  • Please check you have the most recent version of your browser installed and check for any recent updates that have not yet been applied.
  • Check that you are not in 'private browsing' mode or have cookies turned off - this means the website cannot remember what you have selected, it's how browsers work and is not unique to our website!
  • If you clicked the 'back' button or refreshed your browser session then it will have forgotten what you selected - please click on start a new booking and restart the process.
  • If you are using a public computer or WiFi over an unsecured public network, your firewall may not allow you to transmit personal data over an unsafe network.
  • If you are using a computer at work then some companies have internet policies in place which do not allow for transactions to be made on their devices - please use an alternative connection.
  • Ensure you have a stable internet connection - it does not have to be fast, just stable.
  • If your payment has been declined, please contact your card supplier.

Our website is 'responsive' and function across all device types and browsers.

If our online booking engine is not functioning, a message will be displayed at the top of the website. In this circumstance we will honour the £10 online booking discount for Holiday Homes if booked over the phone but if this is not the case then we will not be able to apply the discount on phone bookings.
