Do I get a refund if I cancel on the day I book?

The deposit you pay for your holiday is intended to cover the cost of making your booking, things like card payment fees, securing your payment details, administration costs and sending out your booking details. Therefore, before making your booking you sure be sure that you wish to go ahead. As we don't charge a separate booking fee the deposit is always non-refundable.

You may be able to claim a refund of the rest of your holiday according to our terms & condition of booking depending on the reason for cancellation and whether you purchased our Holiday Safeguard Scheme cover at the time of booking, and under our no quibble refund guarantee.

There is no "cooling off" period for travel bookings, if you're not sure then Citizens Advice and Which? are able to provide further information on this.
