Can I get a full refund if I cancel?

If you are cancelling due to illness, redundancy or jury service and you taken out our Holiday Safeguard Scheme at the time of booking you can get up to 100% refunded up to 48 hours prior to your holiday when we receive written notification that you wish to cancel as well as the required documentary evidence to support your claim.

If we receive written notice of cancellation due to one of these reasons less than 48 hours prior to arrival then you'll get 30% of the total holiday cost refunded. We'll then action your refund once we receive the required documentary evidence provided it's within the same calendar year.

After your check-in time on the day of arrival as specified on your Holiday Confirmation, there's no refund on any monies paid although we'll support you by providing documentary evidence of your cancellation as proof for your third party travel insurance.

To make claiming a full refund easy and hassle-free, simply complete the relevant parts of our cancellation form and send it to us.

You do not need to send us a cancellation form if your cancellation is more than 8 weeks prior to arrival date and you are happy to forfeit the standard deposit... the no quibble refund guarantee will cover you but you won't then be able to put in a claim for a full refund at a later date.
