I have been allocated the wrong date or Park?

If you think that the date or Park you have been offered is not one of those put on your original booking form then you will have to contact the newspaper directly as we cannot amend any holidays without prior consent from them.

After you have contacted the newspaper promotions team they will send your details to us, and if there is an error then we'll correct it.

However, if the newspaper promotions team does send your original booking form and it does have one of the dates or Parks you have been allocated, then unfortunately we would not be able to change the date or Park.
