Why have I not yet had a confirmation for a newspaper promotion?

The newpaper promotions have a closing date for each promotion and process applications as they are received. They then send the details to us to add to our booking system and then we need to print and post you a booking confirmation; all of this can take at least a week. If your application for a holiday is unsuccessful, the newspaper promotion will return your payment to you. If you have not heard anything by the end of the promotion then please telephone the newspaper directly on the following numbers:
