Why can't I view my booking online?

The My Account facility on this website will show bookings that you have made online with Woolacombe Bay Holiday Parks. If you have made your booking by phone, directly with us, you will also be able to view your holiday as long as you provided us with an email at the time of booking.

If you did not provide us with an email address but would like to set up an account now please call our Reservations Team quoting your booking reference and the email address you wish to register with; within a few minutes login details will be emailed to you. Once you have an online account you will be able to view your holiday details and make payments online.

Unfortunately we are unable to display bookings made indirectly, for example, through newspaper promotional offers such as The Sun or Daily Mail holidays. If you have booked through a newspaper promotion offer, you can access your booking here.
